All orders placed through the Colorbeans website will result in a confirmation email being emailed to the customer. The confirmation email will detail the order information. IMPORTANT : Please ensure that you receive and check the details of the order on the order confirmation email upon placing the order and contact us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Please ensure that all recipient information entered during the order process are complete and free of error. Incomplete or erroreneous receipient order may delay the delivery of the order. Colorbeans will not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete or erroreneous recipient information.

Orders will only be processed upon receiving the full amount of payment based on the actual value of the order placed.

All product prices displayed are denominated in US Dollar (USD). Prices in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) are shown in brackets for comparison purposes only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Current mode of payment for all orders are via credit card. Currently we accept only MasterCard and Visa credit cards. (Please note that all purchases are made payable to 'RedFingerprint Online', our payment services partner.

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and certain merchandise based on special occasions, subsitutions may be necessary in certain situations when a flower or product is out of stock. Colorbeans reserve the right to substitute it with another item(s) of equivalent value. However, we will first contact and inform the customer of the change before proceeding with the change.

Colorbeans reserve the right to forfeit the cost of the order should there be a cancellation of order(s) on the day of delivery.

On delivery of products ordered, at least 2 attempts to contact the recipient will be made. In the event the receipient is not at the address given and no one else can receive the product(s) ordered, or if there are any other reason for non-delivery where Colorbeans is not liable, Colorbeans will contact with the customer and arrange to deliver the product a later date for a pre-agreed fee.

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds will be made as the order items will be considered as delivered.

Colorbeans will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay in delivery due to natural disasters, Acts of God, war or in any situation or reasons beyond our control.
